I'm your therapist if you want a long term solution to physical pain and discomfort.

My primary focus is to release hidden tensions and holding patterns with advanced fascia, muscle, visceral release therapies & neurology to ease chronic pain, and reconnect you with your body’s innate ability to heal from the inside out. Therapeutic massage depth is according to your preference and the technique being applied. E.g. Deep tissue or light pressure.

My InHarmony Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy table gently entrains your nervous system out of survival mode and into a parasympathetic state—activating deep calm, cellular repair, and emotional regulation, and neurological restoration, that can lead to a long lasting reduction in pain and inflammation.

Massage add-ons like essential oils, hot towels and stones, and red light therapy, are all included in your sessions free of any additional charge.

MOVEMENT & STRENGTH THERAPY

The results of body work last longest when accompanied by a personalized movement program that includes Pilates, strength, and breathwork; giving both your body and nervous system precisely what it needs rather than a generic routine from the internet. We can also work together in times of injury, or immobility.
