CBD Bodyworks Massage Therapy, Esthetics and Aromatherapy

CBD Bodyworks offers therapeutic, restorative, and corrective wellness services that go beyond a traditional spa experience. As a dual-licensed massage therapist and esthetician, and an emerging massage therapy & Esthetics educator, Shanna blends advanced clinical bodywork with results-driven skincare to support whole-body healing, functional balance, and visible skin improvement.

Therapeutic Bodywork

Each massage session is customized using advanced modalities such as myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, intra-oral massage, TMJ therapy, and post-surgical support. These techniques help reduce chronic tension, improve mobility, decrease swelling, and unwind long-held patterns that contribute to pain and imbalance.

Enhancements such as hot synergy stones, guasha, heated bamboo, and facial cupping may be incorporated to deepen relaxation, stimulate circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Advanced Esthetics and Corrective Skin Therapy

CBD Bodyworks also provides clinical-grade esthetic services designed to improve skin texture, tone, clarity, and overall skin health. Available treatments include:

Dermaplaning (baby face facial)
Red/Blue/Purple Light therapy facial
Galvanic facial
High Frequency facial
Microcurrent sculpting facial
Hydrafacial-style deep cleansing facial (different machine, same great results, and for less)
Guasha facial contouring facial
Organic botanical treatment facial
Dermalogica facial

These esthetic modalities integrate seamlessly with therapeutic bodywork to create a whole-body wellness experience that supports both internal balance and external radiance.
