My massage journey began at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. I graduated and passed the MBLEX exam in 2017.

After becoming licensed I worked at Hand and Stone Spa, where I absolutely fell in love with bodywork. Specifically the deep tissue, problem solving, pain management side of the industry.

In 2021, I took my practice to Rural Beauty Spa in Ephraim. Where after 1 year, was voted Sanpete County #1 Massage Therapist.

I love watching the many ways massage can benefit people. Whether it's from pain relief, improved mood, or just being able to relax.
