My beautiful massage space is just a 4 minutes walk from the Community Market near the Barlow shopping area.

Our healing session shall be a collaborative process between you and me; with the intention of bringing optimal health, vitality, and integration to your body, to your mind, and to your spirit; lighting the way towards a thriving experience of life.

Drawing from my massage experience since 1991, plus my experience in the field of physical therapy since 2011, I will meet your therapeutic needs, to create a deeply healing experience together.

After graduating from the Sacramento City College with an Assoc. of Science degree in PTA, I have worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant at an orthopedic outpatient clinic, treating multiple physical and neurological conditions with hands on massage techniques.

I have worked at Post Acute Rehab Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Visitation, Medical facilities.

I have worked at the Inpatient Rehab Dept of the Sonoma West Medical Center in Sebastopol, CA (previously the Palm Drive Hospital location).

My experience as a PTA and as a Certified Massage Therapist, plus my earlier years as an Emergency Medical Technician, gives me the inner guidance to address a variety of injuries, ongoing syndromes, as well as any stress related conditions, which may be occurring in one’s life, at whatever stage of healing and recovery they may be.

There are many professional settings in which I have practiced as a CMT, since graduating from the Health Arts Institute of Gladwyne, PA, with a “Massage and Holistic Health Practitioner” Degree.

These massage settings include yoga studios, fitness gyms, spas, hotels, sports events, inpatient hospital acute care, outpatient physical therapy rehab clinic, my private practice, within your home and within my studio.

I have further training in “Massage for the hospital patient and medically frail”; and “Massage therapy for people with cancer”- both courses taught by the nationally renowned teacher Gayle MacDonald, MS, LMT; as well as certification for Medical Massage in the Hospital Setting- an eight month, 220 hour program; plus experience and training in massage techniques for pregnancy, infancy, sports, deep tissue, cranial sacral, lymphatic, oncology, medical, post-surgical, pediatric, geriatric, emotional trauma release.

My more successful cases have involved sports injuries, muscle and tendon and ligament tears, pre/post-surgery for joint repair and replacement, spinal injury and surgery- especially with neuropathy, repetitive use injuries, severe neuro-muscular-skeletal trauma, emotional trauma, head injuries, motor vehicle accidents- especially with whiplash and concussion.
