Self-care has been my passion, mission, and profession for 20+ years. I am committed to my own self-care practice and believe it to be key to providing authentic, inspiring, and empowering offerings in this field.

My bodywork certifications are with the ThaiVedic school which blends Ayurveda and Thai medicines (Sebastian Bruno & Kimmana Nichols). Tok Sen, a Vibrational branch of Thai bodywork (Nadia Funes). And Tibetan Cranial Release (DeAnna Bartdoff).

The blend of bodywork styles I bring together can support an array of issues related but not limited to head, jaw, sight, sinus, stress, injury recovery, circulation, nervous system regulation, chronic pain, especially when (optionally) combined with my expertise as a senior yoga therapist to integrate and sustain the improvements of your session into your daily life.

Some of my hobbies are outdoor rock climbing, many styles of dancing, acrobatics, cooking, music, and linguistics - I am fluent in 4 languages.
