I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and graduated with my Associate in Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage from Johnston Community College in 2017. My specialties include Therapeutic massage, Trigger-Point Therapy and Deep Tissue. Additionally, I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and provide Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage for individuals with various kinds of health issues. Also, if you like two hour massages, I do those too!

On a more personal note, I live in Sampson County with my husband and family. My husband and I are both massage therapists at Bliss Day Spa. We have a two-and-a-half year old son that we love to spoil. During our free time, we tend to our small but growing homestead. We are also members of the Mingo Spanish Baptist Church in Godwin, NC.
