My experience lies predominantly in therapeutic massage therapy, and I’ve always believed that massage should be both healing and relaxing. I never attended a traditional massage school in the U.S.; instead, my journey began in the U.K., where I studied sports massage exclusively. You can imagine how lost I felt when I started working at Massage Envy and was suddenly expected to provide fluffy Swedish massages.

Over time, though, something shifted. I began to feel the artistic side of massage emerge. I became passionate not just about what I do, but how I do it. By blending the scientific precision of sports massage with the soothing, rhythmic flow of Swedish massage, I created what I call a Sport-Swedish hybrid style of massage — a Kinetic Massage.

I take part in massage competitions to find inspiration in flow, techniques, ergonomics, innovation, and client contact that I can use to further elevate the experience that I strive to provide value for as an artist on a mission to create a masterpiece.
