Massage is more than muscle work — it’s communication with the nervous system.

I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in therapeutic bodywork that supports both structural alignment and nervous system regulation. My approach blends science-informed technique with intuitive, client-centered care.

While I am trained in Swedish massage, my work extends into deeper therapeutic applications including:

• Neuromuscular Therapy (trigger & tender point release)
• Myofascial Release
• CranioSacral Therapy (CST Level 1)
• Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques
• Somatic awareness integration
• Reiki (USUI / Holy Fire III Level II)

I work through the lens of fascia — the connective tissue network that influences posture, pain patterns, mobility, and stress response. By addressing fascial tension and supporting the parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) response, sessions often help clients experience:

• Reduced chronic pain
• Improved mobility
• Decreased stress & tension
• Greater body awareness
• A felt sense of calm and steadiness

Every session is customized. Some clients come for monthly relaxation and nervous system reset. Others seek focused therapeutic work for chronic patterns or recovery. Both are welcome here.

My intention is to create a grounded, supportive space where your body can unwind and reorganize naturally — without force.
