Vickie is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage where she learned the art of Swedish massage and how massage techniques/modalities can help the body return to its natural state of balance with a holistic approach.

Vickie also received training in Neuromuscular Therapy (trigger/tender points), Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) Myofascial Release (MFR), Polarity (Energy work) and most recently has become Certified by the Freedom From Pain Institute to practice Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT) and integrates these modalities into her Swedish massage sessions based on the individuals needs and goals for each session.

In addition to massage therapy, Vickie is a 200hr certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and a USUI/HOLY FIRE III level II Reiki Practitioner.

Vickie's passion is creating an environment and safe space where clients can connect with thier body and find that sense of balance and wellness that we all deserve to feel and embody.

In her spare time, you may find Vickie at a local yoga studio, listening to live local musicians, enjoying time in nature or with her family.
