I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in therapeutic bodywork that supports both structural alignment and nervous system regulation. My approach blends science-informed technique with intuitive, client-centered care.

While I am trained in Swedish massage, my work extends into deeper therapeutic applications including:
