My focus is on clinical application of anatomy, physiology, and pathology in order to integrate custom treatments, visualize postural analysis, increase joint mobility, promote rehabilitation, and bring balance to the human body.

Massage therapy can be used as a healing process to create an over-all physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Massage can be the counterweight we give back to our bodies that is needed to help balance what we endure as hard-working individuals.

My goal is to educate clients about what is going on in their body, bring awareness why it's happening, give options on how to prevent further discomfort, and to teach the techniques I use to help. Life is a constant learning process for us all. I continue to educate, and physically train myself in order to be my best for giving a helping hand to clients.
