This very ancient saying underscores the need for self care. The human body experiences stress in many ways even subtly and expresses it in ways the conscious mind is not aware of. Regular bodywork puts you in control and helps to set you back on the road to feeling your self again - every day!

I have been licensed since the fall of 2003. Each year I continue to expand my knowledge and experience through ongoing training. Besides the standard offerings of western massage techniques, I am also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and have specialized training in Oncology Massage. I hold firmly to the belief that the body knows how to heal itself. It's up to us to provide the raw material it needs to continue functioning as designed. I work meticulously combining Swedish techniques with Lomi Lomi to help soothe and calm the nervous system and help you feel more grounded within yourself.
