Sessions are tailored to meet specific problem(s) a client presents and customized providing a personalized therapeutic treatment that is both effective and relaxing. Sessions include stretching, oil/cream, warm table, clean linens, hot stones, and/or steamed towels offering a total relaxing and restoring experience.

Licensed in NYS, trained in Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy from Finger Lakes School of Massage. Trained in numerous modalities, specialising in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Neuromuscular Therapy. Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Post Op MLD.
