Hi, I'm Shelby! A licensed massage therapist passionate about helping you feel better in your body.

Whether you're dealing with pain, stiffness, limited mobility, or everyday stress, my goal is to help you move with greater ease, reduce inflammation, and relax your nervous system so you leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

I believe massage is most effective when it’s part of a well-rounded self-care routine. I'll often share simple stretches, exercises, or self-care tips you can do at home to help maintain your progress and keep you feeling your best between sessions.

I look forward to being part of your wellness journey!
