Experience the effectiveness of healing hands, re-discover your sense of well-being, relax and enjoy as you have an experienced LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) work specifically with your physical needs. We also offer Red Light Therapy, as both a standalone offering, or as a treatment before/after your massage. Waxing and facial offerings also available starting May 2026.

Voted in the top 3 Lincoln massage therapy practices in two different contests (Lincoln Journal Star and Business Rate), our establishment is tucked back in the quaintness of "The Sheridan Neighborhood," surrounded by the stillness of the trees and memories of Lincoln's Historic Penny Bridge.

Our entrance is handicapped accessible, making massage therapy available to anyone in need.

Our hours are flexible and available by appointment only.

We are always able to come in and meet with advance notice, please reach out if you plan to stop by outside of a prescheduled appointment.

We would love to be of service to you and look forward to building a lasting relationship!
