Danielle Smith is a massage therapy graduate of the Massage Therapy Institute (January 2026) who is passionate about helping people feel more comfortable, supported, and at ease in their bodies. She loves connecting with new clients and creating a welcoming space where each person feels heard and cared for.

Danielle has a special focus on women’s health and enjoys supporting clients through peri-menopause, menopause, menstrual discomfort, and other life transitions where the body may need extra care. She thoughtfully tailors each massage to what your body needs in the moment, blending therapeutic techniques with intuition and compassion to ensure a meaningful and effective session.

In addition to women’s health, Danielle also focuses on therapeutic massage for clients experiencing muscle tension, stress, chronic discomfort, or everyday aches from work, movement, or life’s demands. She takes time to listen, assess, and adapt each session to your goals - whether that means targeted work, relaxation, or a balance of both - so your massage feels supportive, intentional, and responsive to your body in real time.
