By 2002, my physical and emotional pain that was increasing and continuing to keep me from working full time and enjoying family activities. Finding myself in one of life’s major transitions, I was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy and the Upledger Institute.

What happened to me in that first one hour session was remarkable. I could move without pain and I felt lighter. It felt like the chains and ropes that had been holding me so tight had been stripped away. I wanted more of this!

This started my journey of energy healing and discovery using craniosacral techniques. I learned how I could get my body to heal itself. I learned how to cure me! I learned how to manage me and my conditions! I found it easy! And I found I can help others!

Educational accomplishments include the following:
Member Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals since August 2004
Board Certified with National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork since 2005
Over 300 classroom hours of training in Craniosacral Therapy, as well as monthly study group sessions led by Upledger Teaching Assistants since 2005.
