Established in 2002, Now 'n' Then Therapeutic Massage, LLC is owned and operated by Belinda Westerlund (Lic #003066), a 2002 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT). Belinda is Level 2 Certified in MediCupping™, and is licensed by the State of Connecticut. She is also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Belinda has owned and operated Now 'n' Then Therapeutic Massage, LLC since graduating from CCMT in 2002. She has had over 22 years of experience utilizing many modalities including deep tissue, trigger point, medical, orthopedic medical massage for headache and neck pain, sports, Medicupping, myokinesthetic massage, Swedish, and many others. She currently specializes in integrating any or all of these techniques in each massage session depending on the client's needs. She is passionate about healing others and she frequently hears from clients that it shows in her work.

My therapy room features brand-new, state of the art equipment, including electric lift tables and heated tables
