As many clients will attest, a massage therapy session with Suzanna is not a cookie-cutter experience. She is highly trained in anatomy, neuromuscular physiology, and kinesiology and is dedicated to the principles of evidence-based massage therapy practice.

Suzanna utilizes a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, targeted stretching techniques, and trigger point therapy. Most importantly, each of these methods will be tailored to your individual body, injury history, and goals. If you have questions (or even a vague curiosity) about orthopedic massage techniques, Suzanna will be eager to answer. She is passionate about this work and LOVES to talk about it!

Every time you meet with Suzanna, you will have a conversation about the state of your body.
