I have always been someone who has a passion for helping others. Massage Therapy allows me to help my clients better understand how their muscles function, relieve pain and discomfort, relieve stress, heal from injury, and help boost their overall health. I feel strongly that self-care is such an important, but often neglected, part of life. With a consistent routine of massage therapy, I hope to help my clients understand that massage treatment benefits both their mental and physical well-being.

My services include both Relaxation and Therapeutic massage, with a special focus on Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. All of my services can be provided to both adult and pediatric patients within my in-home clinic located in Lebanon, TN.
