Meet Jessica Gardner-Houghton, LMT, MLD-C

Licensed Massage Therapist | Restorative Massage Therapy

Jessica Gardner is a third-generation massage therapist with over 14 years of experience in therapeutic massage, injury recovery, and chronic pain management.

Raised in a family that embraced holistic healing, Jessica developed a passion for helping others. Watching her mother struggle with chronic pain, along with her own experience recovering from knee surgery, gave her a personal understanding of the challenges of pain and recovery.

Since 2012, Jessica has worked with individuals recovering from automobile accidents, personal injuries, and surgery, as well as collegiate and professional athletes.

Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or experiencing tension from everyday life, Jessica combines clinical expertise with an intuitive, compassionate approach to help you find relief, restore movement, and improve your quality of life.

At Restorative Massage Therapy, it's not just about treating muscles. It's about caring for the person behind the pain.
