Wise to Wellness, LLC was formed because I saw a that there was a need in my community for Specialized/Localized massage therapy targeting clients specific concerns for their bodies. Also, our seniors do not have representation for dedicated fitness specifically for the aging body. With my background in Physical Therapy I feel well suited to address these needs in my community.

Wise to Wellness addresses the sore/tight/tender areas of your body that need attention. By way of providing a dedicated 60 or 90 minutes to those areas using multiple techniques to accomplish relief and improved function.

As a Senior Fitness Instructor, I strive to help older adults improve their strength and overall health and fitness goals. I want my clients to be able keep up with their grandchildren and activities that they enjoy and live a fulfilling life.

I provide in home services to the Monument, Palmer Lake, Black Forest and Northern Colorado Springs area.
