I started Wise to Wellness because I saw a need in our community for massage that’s focused on your body and what’s actually bothering you, not a one-size-fits-all routine.

With 25+ years as a massage therapist and a background in physical therapy, I know how to find the sore, tight, and tender spots that need attention. Each 60 or 90 minute session is dedicated to those areas, using a mix of techniques to bring relief and help you move better. I can also send you home with simple stretches and exercises so the benefits last between visits.

I especially love working with older adults, helping them stay comfortable and keep doing the things they enjoy, whether that’s gardening, travel, or keeping up with the grandkids.

I come to you! I bring everything needed for a relaxing session in the comfort of your own home, serving Monument, Palmer Lake, Black Forest, and northern Colorado Springs.
