Mother. Wife. Farm hand. Massage Therapist. Personal Trainer. On most days Heather can be found at home cooking healthy meals, playing with her two energetic boys, Chase (5) and Owen (2.5), and helping on the farm. In the office, Heather enjoys helping her clients feel better, by reducing pain, lowering stress levels, enhancing athletic performance and/or relieving the discomforts of pregnancy. The goal of her practice is to help her clients reach their highest level of health and wellness through massage, myofascial release and therapeutic exercise. When she has time, Heather enjoys running, gardening and spending time on the farm with her family.

Heather Kading has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York since 2003. She has worked in several chiropractic offices and fitness centers. She has advanced training in Pre/Post Natal Massage, Infant Massage, Orthopedic and Sports Massage and Myofascial Therapy. In 2014 she became a Certified Personal Trainer. She is currently studying John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release.
