Hello, my name is Melanie Christofferson, and I have been a massage therapist since 2002. Over the last 20 years, I gained my experience while working in Casino spas, local day spas and chain massage clinics, specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, stone massage and other spa and body treatments.

In 2019, I decided to start my own practice and carter my skills to my private clientele. Since then, I have become certified in medical massage, Graston technique, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

I strive to do my best for my clients and to help them maintain a healthy, balanced physical and mental health lifestyle. In this busy, high stress world, massage is a way to "bring back the balance".

Over the last 5 and a half years I have done my best to keep my costs low while staying committed to maintaining the highest quality of care. However, due to the significant rising of operational costs, I will be adjusting my pricing structure for my massage sessions.

Effective April 1, 2025, the new rates will be as follows;

60 minutes $90.00
90 minutes $135.00
120 minutes $180.00

Please understand that this was not an easy decision for me to make but it is necessary to help keep my small business afloat. As always, I will continue to give my best to each and every client. I thank you for your loyalty, trust and continued business. -Melanie

Know before you go…

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow yourself time to fill out a first-time client intake form (if not done beforehand via online), use the restroom as well as time to ask and/or answer any intake questions you or I might have.

Location & Parking...

The spa is conveniently located right off the Summerlin Parkway at Buffalo, at the Parkway Medical Center, 7455 W. Washington Ave., suite 210, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Major cross streets are Washington Ave. and Buffalo Dr. (next to the WinCo).

The best place to park is in the garage. You can take the stairs/elevator to the 3rd floor of the garage, there is a walkway. Take the walkway across, and you will enter the 2nd floor of the building. The spa, Summerlin Body Therapeutics, will be the 3rd door on the right-hand side of the hallway. Be aware the majority of 3rd floor parking is reserved for people who work in the building.

Paying for your session...

When it comes to paying for your session, you can prepay when booking your appointment online. You may also pay for your session with CASH, ZELLE Venmo, or CashApp, or credit card, at the time of your service.
