As a Licensed Massage Therapist who believes in the importance of addressing the whole person, my work is always client-centered and a collaborative experience. Together we can create a custom plan based on your individual needs and goals.

Sessions can be tailored to manage and relieve pain and stress, to address chronic tension or injury, or simply to assist the body to relax and rejuvenate. -It’s up to you how we work together.

I believe in a synergistic approach to healing- blending Eastern and Western philosophies and techniques. Drawing from a wheelhouse of traditional Swedish Massage, Zen Shiatsu ( a Japanese form of acupressure), Deep Tissue Therapies, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy , each of your therapeutic sessions will be an integrative experience.

It’s of particular importance to me to continually be learning and growing in my massage practice, embracing new techniques, and refining my abilities.
