I had been working in the corporate world for 18 years when the memory of my first massage prompted me to change careers.

I remember having my first massage during a visit to China. The experience was wonderful. My back, arms, and legs felt loose from the massage. The chronic pain and stress I had been feeling was relieved. After returning from this trip, I knew it was time to start making a change.

The transition from a corporate world job to a career in massage therapy was difficult and challenging. However, the rewards in becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) have outweighed all the difficulties and challenges I experienced. To be able to help my elderly parents with shoulder and hip joint mobilization as well as free up adhesions to allow the return of full range of motion has been only one of the many rewards I have received from becoming a massage therapist. Now I also want to help the individuals who work hard and are trying to maintain an active life.

I received my formal massage training in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Previously, my working environments have included massage and chiropractor clinics as well as massage therapist to the Arkansas Razorback men's basketball and football team. My continued education background has covered many areas including Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Contemporary Cupping, Burn Scar Therapy, and Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP).

We specialize in massage techniques for relaxation and various medical conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, MS, Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), sciatica, low back pain, plantar fasciitis, seasonal allergies, depression, constipation, varicose veins, high blood pressure, asthma, COPD, and many other conditions.
