With more than 23 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Nutrition Coach, Certified Herbalist along with advanced training in lymphatic drainage, integrative nutrition, and therapeutic bodywork, I take a comprehensive approach to wellness that addresses both the symptoms you feel and the underlying factors contributing to them.
