Self love? In this economy?

Yes. Life seems like it's getting more and more demanding every day as the future becomes more and more uncertain, and it's easy to feel out of control and overwhelmed. When so little is in your control, it is more important than ever to prioritize the one constant thing you can affect: yourself.

Prioritizing yourself is difficult. For many of us, it's simply not our nature. You may not feel like you deserve it. You may feel that other people and other things deserve your time and resources more. But what I urge you to consider is this:

You yourself are a resource. A beautiful, valuable, finite resource.

Just as you can't rescue your friend when their car runs out of gas if your car is running on fumes, you can't live as vibrantly and lovingly as you deserve without giving yourself love first. You are not limitless and you deserve to be taken care of. Let me help you with that.
