Hi, I’m Jennifer, a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With 10 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in therapeutic techniques that relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body.

I draw from a range of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to create a personalized and effective treatment.

My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and focused on creating a safe, healing environment where clients can truly unwind. I believe in the body’s natural ability to heal—and that massage is a powerful tool to support that process.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me hiking /traveling/at the beach/ spending time with family / continuing education in bodywork/ dancing and singing/or bartending at my favorite brewery.
