*If you arrive at my office presenting with any cold/flu/allergy symptoms, I will take your payment and send you away without your massage. COVID-19 NOTE:
Until we are all comfortable with our health and safety, I will be implementing a few extra precautions above my normal cleaning and disinfecting regimen. Some of these will become the new normal.
Self Scheduling – Help yourself. If you're new, connect with me first so that I can get you set up in the system.
Masks – Optional if you are fully vaccinated.
Distance – We will do what we can, but the nature of massage has me at my arm's length for a prolonged length of time. Make sure you're comfortable with that before scheduling.
Hand Washing – Please, head straight to the restroom to wash yours for 20 seconds prior to coming down to my office. I’ll be washing mine before and after your massage, and disinfecting my hands during the massage. (That part hasn't changed.)

I have such great passion for this work. In my previous career as a registered architect in Ohio, stress ruled the day, but now I’m on a mission to achieve balance in all aspects of life, and want to help you do the same.

SHI Integrative Medical Massage School provided a strong foundation beginning in April of '09. After graduation and licensing by the State Medical Board of Ohio, I enjoyed nearly six great years practicing at the Mercy Anderson HealthPlex, then opened my own private practice Balancing ALL, LLC in the autumn of 2016.

My main goal is getting to the root of your discomfort. I incorporate the various components of Swedish, sports, deep tissue, myofascial and active release, craniosacral therapy, prenatal, and thermal therapies including hot stone massage to create just the right massage for your current needs. I thoroughly enjoy providing luxurious pain and stress relief through Ashiatsu barefoot massage and Ashi Thai massage.
