As a passionate and knowledgeable therapist, I honor and respect the unique needs of every client. I believe in the therapeutic properties of massage therapy- whether they are utilized for healing injury/disease or to promote relaxation and a sense of well-being.

I offer client-centered therapeutic massage in many modalities – from relaxing Swedish massage to treatment-focused work depending on client need. My goal is to promote healing and wellness through therapeutic touch- Wellness through Mind Body Balance.

Additionally, I am a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and have been practicing for more than 20 years which greatly influences my massage therapy practice. I also hold an Executive MBA and degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
