I was born and raised in Utah and still call it home. I cherish the deep roots I have here, along with the mountains, communities, and relationships that have shaped me. Outside of my work, I love spending time with family, continuing my education, snowboarding, camping, concerts, road trips, good food, and generally finding reasons to get outside and experience something new.

My path into bodywork wasn’t exactly a straight line. As a kid, I wanted to become a massage therapist, but my well-intentioned parents encouraged me toward the perceived security of office work. I spent the early part of my adult life working in management and administrative roles while continuing to explore massage and bodywork informally with friends and family.

After a major life transition in my late twenties, I found myself reconsidering what I actually wanted my life and career to look like. I returned to school and finally followed the path that had interested me from the beginning.

Since then, my work has evolved far beyond traditional massage. I have pursued extensive continuing education in Structural Integration, pain science, neuromuscular and neurofascial approaches, breath and movement, and somatic emotional release. My ongoing studies through the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, the Upledger Institute, and the NARM Training Institute have deepened my interest in the relationship between the physical body, the nervous system, emotion, and our lived experiences.

Today, my approach is trauma-informed, curious, and highly individualized. Rather than simply chasing symptoms, I work with clients to explore patterns of tension, movement, posture, nervous-system response, and embodied experience. My goal is not to make every body conform to an ideal, but to help each person discover greater comfort, adaptability, connection, and choice within their own body.
