Hello! My name is Ali Renee. I have been a Massage Therapist since 2014. I am passionate about health and wellness. I am certified in many different styles of massage and energy work. I specialize in repetitive stress injuries and shoulder pain/dysfunction. I customize all of my sessions to fit the individual needs of each person using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, craniosacral work, reflexology, and positional release technique.

I have assisted many people who suffer from chronic pain conditions such as RA and fibromyalgia. I have worked with people after surgeries to ease their discomfort during recovery and shorten their healing times.

I earned a Community Healthcare Worker certification from Creighton University in 2025. This allows me to assist with managing chronic health conditions, setting health goals, providing education and empowerment to those managing chronic illness and pain, as well as offering informal counseling and referrals to additional services and resources.

I work with many people who hold tension in their bodies due to high stress levels and past traumas. I have worked with people from all walks of life over the years and am proud to offer a judgment free space to my clients. Everyone who entrusts a part of their self care routine to me will be treated with dignity and respect.

In my free time, I enjoy painting, reading, and riding my bikes. My greatest joy is adventuring with my daughter.
