My intention is to care for & intuitively connect with your body's needs & well being.

Whilst on a trip to San Diego with my 3 now adult children, I was first shown that I had healing hands. My oldest daughter informed me that she would be unable to leave the hotel as she had a bad migraine. She allowed me to work on her neck for a while & then informed me that I had taken her pain from a 10 to a 2. With tears in my eyes, I knew I had to complete my massage schooling.

From an early age, I was interested in a holistic approach to life & health through Hiking in nature, Martial arts, Whole foods, Macrobiotics, Qi gong & later Massage therapy.

I have received training in:
