Welcome to Core Bodywork & Massage

At Core Bodywork & Massage, I believe true wellness begins by listening to what your body is trying to tell you.

Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, stress, muscle pain, limited mobility, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, every session is thoughtfully customized to meet your body's unique needs. My goal isn't just to help you feel better for an hour—it's to help you move better, sleep better, and live with less pain and more energy.

With over 15 years of experience, I combine therapeutic massage with a variety of specialized techniques to create a treatment that's as unique as you are. Every appointment is designed to encourage relaxation, improve mobility, reduce inflammation, and support your body's natural ability to heal.

When you walk through my door, you're more than an appointment on the schedule. You're welcomed into a peaceful space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and take time to care for the one person who often gets overlooked—you.

Whether this is your first massage or you've made wellness a priority for years, I'm honored to be part of your journey toward feeling your very best.

I look forward to helping you relax, restore, and renew.

Welcome—I can't wait to meet you.

My Best, Saunie
