Cancellation Policy

Slayter Wellness LLC requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Appointments can be canceled online up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee:
- 50% if canceled with 12–24 hours’ notice
- 75% if canceled with 2–12 hours’ notice
- 100% if canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice or in the case of a No Show

Missed appointments must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled. After three missed sessions, future bookings will no longer be accepted.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, that time may be deducted from your scheduled session.
