Drawing from over two decades of personal experience in competitive sports, including professional women's football, I bring a unique understanding of the body's needs. As a graduate of Mason Anthony School of Massage Therapy in Columbus, Ohio, and a former tri-athlete from Pickerington High School Central, I am passionate about delivering top-notch care tailored to your specific needs.

Our range of specialties includes Swedish, Sports + Stretch, Cupping, and more, with a focus on holistic healing. Additionally, I specialize in Post-Operative Care, particularly Lymphatic Drainage, to support your recovery journey.

We are located at 5340 East Main St, Suite 108, Columbus, Ohio 43213. There is plenty of free parking space beside the building. Try to arrive at least 5 minutes early to go over any questions you may have. Also, ask us about our mobile services if you are looking at getting a massage in the comfort of your home.

We do require a deposit for all bookings. The deposit will go towards your service. There are no refunds on packages. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel your appointment. Please provide at least a 24 hour notice to prevent the card on file from being charged. Thank you for your business and we hope to see you soon!
