With over a decade of experience in my field of massage therapy (2007 Graduate), I have honed my skills and techniques in order to provide the highest quality of care to my clients. Ultimately, my goal is to empower my clients to take control of their own health and well-being through the power of massage therapy. My particular interest in Ashiatsu, deep tissue massage stems from its unique approach to addressing deep seated muscle tension and improving circulation. Additionally, I have found that Shockwave Therapy can effectively treat chronic conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, hip and shoulder dysfunction while cupping can alleviate pain and promote circulation.

Through my years of study, I have developed a unique style of therapeutic facial massage. While it addresses conditions such as tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, improves facial circulation and lymphatic drainage, it also enhances facial tone by using gentle cleansers, creams, masks and toners to hydrate, replenish and refresh the skins overall look.
