Hello! I’m Jess (she/her). I specialize in deep tissue and myofascial work, guided by warm connection and intuitive listening. Each session is tailored to what your body asks for in the moment. My approach is slow, intentional, and focused on easing rooted tension, restoring posture, and creating lasting relief that supports you beyond the table.

My journey into massage therapy was inspired by caring for my grandmother, who I helped stay comfortable and mobile well into her 100s. It was also shaped by over a decade working in the service industry, an environment where long hours, physical strain, and emotional stress are daily realities. I know firsthand how hard that work is on the body and mind, and I became a massage therapist to support others who give so much of themselves every day.

I hope to connect with folks from all walks of life and all body types. I am particularly passionate about serving working-class and blue-collar workers, service industry professionals, and anyone whose body could use a little tune-up. I know the toll these industries, and life, can take on our bodies and how easy it is to ignore those nagging aches and pains. Not only do I want to help provide relief, but I hope that our work together can help you reconnect to your body for long term relief.
