Hello! I’m Jess (she/her). I'm a graduate of the Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork. My practice is guided by warm connection and intuitive listening, tailoring each session to what your body is asking for in the moment. My approach is slow and intentional, focusing on easing rooted tension, restoring posture, and creating lasting relief that supports you beyond the table.

My journey into massage therapy was inspired by caring for my grandmother, who I helped stay comfortable and mobile well into her 100s. It was also shaped by over a decade working in the service industry, an environment where long hours, physical strain, and emotional stress are daily realities. I know firsthand how hard that work is on the body and mind, and I became a massage therapist to support others who give so much of themselves every day. Not only do I want to help provide relief, but I hope that our work together can help you reconnect to your body for long term relief.

Beyond working as a massage therapist, i am a mother of cats, metal worker, bass player, bartender, bicycle enthusiast, and knitting hobbyist!
