About Me

Helping You Feel Better, Move Better, and Take Time for Yourself

Hi, I’m Angie, a licensed massage therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies.

Over the years, I’ve learned that massage is about much more than simply relaxing for an hour. Every body is different, and every client comes to the table with their own combination of stress, tension, soreness, and everyday demands. My goal is to listen to what your body needs and create a massage experience that is personalized specifically for you.

Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles from work, everyday stress, physical activity, or simply need time to slow down and take care of yourself, I’m here to help.

My Approach

I believe massage should be both therapeutic and relaxing. I take the time to listen to your concerns, learn where you're holding tension, and adjust each session based on how your body feels that day.

My approach is centered around:

Personalized massage sessions
Therapeutic and relaxation-focused techniques
Addressing areas of muscle tension and discomfort
Helping improve relaxation and body awareness
Creating a comfortable, welcoming environment
Treating every client with respect and individualized attention

After spending so many years working with the human body, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how much our physical well-being can affect how we feel throughout the day.

Why I Became a Massage Therapist

Massage therapy has been an important part of my professional life for more than two decades. What continues to motivate me is seeing the difference a good massage can make—whether a client walks out feeling more relaxed, moves more comfortably, or simply feels like they finally had a chance to breathe and take care of themselves.

I want my clients to feel heard, respected, and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Your Time Is for You

Life can be busy. Work, family, responsibilities, and everything in between can make it easy to put yourself last.

Your massage is your time.

My goal is to give you a space where you can slow down, release some of that tension, and focus on yourself for a while.

You take care of everyone else. Let me help you take care of you.

I look forward to working with you and becoming a trusted part of your wellness routine.
