Hello!

My name is Missy. I enjoy providing Full-body experiences and Yoga to all of my clients. I welcome the LGBTQ community (as everyone should) and believe we all deserve to feel relaxed and rejuvenated through touch and healing while feeling comfortable with our bodies throughout our sessions.

I'm outgoing, energetic, and passionate about healing others through fitness, touch breath, and body work. I've been a Group Exercise instructor for almost 12 years and a past personal trainer. I obtained certifications in Les Mills BodyPump, Water Aerobics, Zumba/Toning(fun for parties/events), Boot Camp, and various other fitness formats. I have been doing Martial Arts since I was eight years old and earned my black belt in Uechi Ryu Karate-Do. I am currently a CNA in healthcare and am a college student. I have also earned my certification in Yoga (200 HR YTT). I teach various styles of Yoga, including Restorative, YIN, Vinyasa, Gentle, and ChairYoga, as well as myofascial release.

I offer Nude sessions that blend Yoga with guided meditation, breathwork, and relaxation. I believe that being nude helps us get in touch with our inner selves and allows us to feel comfortable in our own skin. I also provide full bodywork and can tailor your session to your personal needs. I have a unique style that blends different modalities and can adjust accordingly to requests. I also work with my staff member, Topher, to provide 4-handed bodywork.
