Rachel loves children, music, and helping others succeed in becoming the best versions of themselves possible. She has a background in early childhood education and music. Rachel left early childhood education to care for her ill father until he died. During that time she became deeply interested in various healing modalities and how they could be used to help the body heal.

After facing some personal health challenges, she was introduced to Acutonics Sound Healing which ultimately led her to becoming a licensed massage therapist.

Rachel strives to provide a safe, nurturing, and encouraging environment that enables people to relax and release stress and tension while finding balance in their bodies and lives. She believes when the mind, body, and soul are balanced the optimal environment for healing to take place in the body is created.

Rachel attended the North Texas School of Swedish Massage where she graduated top in her class. In school she was introduced to Bach Flower Remedies and spent extra time pursuing how emotions affect the physical body. She continued her education becoming a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. This has allowed Rachel to more fully help people of all ages find simple steps to reach their goals of health and wellness.
