With ReFit Therapy we provide 30, 60 & 90 minute sessions that are customized to each client & their needs. So what makes ReFit Therapy different than other massage therapy offices? We focus on what you are coming in for. Using massage therapy and other modalities to pin point the root of the pain or limited range of motion so that you can get back to being active and the top of your game.

30min sessions are unavailable to book online & you must contact to discuss.

60min sessions are perfect for focusing on 1-3 areas of the body.

90min sessions are great for a full body flush or to focus on 3+ areas of the body.

We are happy to also provide Infrared Sauna & Leg Compression services as well to elevate your recovery session.
