Welcome to my World! Weather you’re looking for full body relaxation, a release of emotion, need some assistance processing some uncomfortable sensations in the body, or finding the best course of action for a tough decision to make, you’ve come to the right place! I truly care about your well being and give you my full attention while we share space.

I founded A Healthy You in 2015 after graduating from Health Options Institute. I was able to begin work immediately as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I've been helping family and friends with holistic, herbal remedies for years and massage seemed a natural extension of the life I choose to live. I have a B.A. degree in Psychology and Gender Studies and knew one day I would want to not only treat the body, but the mind and spirit as well. I believe all need to be addressed for optimal health and wholeness of each and every person. Over the last six years I have been studying Shamanism as well as going through my own transformations along the way. I became Level I certified with the ICF through The Somatic School of the UK for Somatic Coaching. The marriage of my psychology background, massage training and studies have culminated in a beautiful new offering of Somatic (Body-Oriented) Coaching and Energy sessions.

I am located on the second floor inside the iconic Easton Yoga, at 524 Northampton St. Easton, Pa. 18040. My little space is a Sanctuary where my clients feel like the world outside has melted away and they can truly rest and recover. At the beginning of each session, we will chat about your needs and goals. I work on an intuitive level as well as with a good understanding of anatomy, psychology, trauma, and a little bit of magic. Over time, we will come to understand what balance looks like for you, together. In this sanctuary space, you will be held in a non judgmental, loving way and supported specifically to how you show up in that moment. You are always in control of your session and I follow your bodies lead. I may be stretching and using compression strokes to loosen up a hamstring in a traditional massage session or we may be dancing around the room to expel unwanted energy in a coaching session. Prepare to be lulled to sleep with an even, calm flow of energy as we release what no longer serves you.
