Welcome, and thanks for stopping by. I’m Melanie and grateful for the opportunity to help you better achieve your health and wellness goals. I’ve been providing bodywork therapies hthe Portland metro area since 1998.

My fascination in the human body and my love of helping others guided me to my career in massage therapy. A graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy, my practice is an Integrative and intuitive approach (combining 25+ years of education and experience) customized for each client’s individual needs.

I’m honored to support my clients on their healing journey. Whether suffering from chronic pain, or an automobile accident, rehabilitation/recovery from repetitive stress injuries or recent surgeries; massage therapy can provide relief and promotes healing. General relaxation and stress reduction is an essential component to the body’s restoration as well. I incorporate all of these aspects and more into my therapy sessions.

Finding balance in our day to day lives and allowing for the time and space to care for ourselves will not just benefit us but those around us My “reset” in addition to my own bodywork, yoga, and meditation is spending time in nature. I really look forward to our summer months in Oregon. Exploring the high desert and the coast, beach combing for agates or floating orbs, kayaking in our beautiful lakes, rivers, hiking and visiting our amazing national forests, waterfalls and gardening are my passions. Happiness abounds. And I feel fortunate to live here.
