I’m a licensed massage therapist and a 2024 graduate of the Alpha School of Massage in Jacksonville, Florida. I specialize in therapeutic and relaxation massage, working with clients who are experiencing headaches, chronic pain, or simply the weight of everyday stress.

My approach is both calming and intentional. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs, combining therapeutic techniques with a soothing touch to help relieve tension, improve overall well-being, and restore balance.

I’ve always felt drawn to this work, and what I love most is seeing the transformation that can happen in just one hour.
