My Approach

Rooted in compassion and curiosity, I hold space for those who may feel overlooked elsewhere—especially highly sensitive, queer, and/or neurodivergent folks. Letting go is a vulnerable process; I honor that deeply. My bodywork style is rooted in releasing physical and emotional tension, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting clients with their bodies. So many of us are overworked, overstimulated, and depleted.

It's my honor to hold space for you to enter deep healing.

My work blends movement, touch, and presence to guide you back to yourself.

If you're feeling the pull to reconnect with your body, soften the noise of daily life, or move through creative or energetic blocks, I’d love to work with you. Whether you're new to this kind of support or deeply familiar, you’re welcome here. Book a session and let’s co-create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and at ease.

I operate my studio space out of my cozy home in Parma, Ohio. Please be aware that I live with cats. If you are allergic to cats, I also see clients at a space in Tremont. go to www.clevelandembodimentcollective.com for more information and to book me there.

I'm looking forward to working with you!
