Welcome!

I'm Katie, and I am a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in several advanced modalities, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Bodywork.

Over the years, I have served in high-end, luxury spa settings, clinical settings, as well as private practice. I wholeheartedly believe that, while expertise in technique and clinical reasoning create an essential foundation to treatment outcomes, it's taking the time to listen, customizing each session, and fostering a safe, professional, yet personable environment that is of utmost importance when working together.

While many individuals seek massage therapy as a welcomed opportunity to relax and
destress, massage therapy can also be beneficial as complimentary approach to treat specific medical
conditions, post-op rehab, and injuries.

For new clients, a brief phone consultation is initiated beforehand to help answer any questions. An intake form and waiver/liability form are required to be completed and signed, in full, so that both client and therapist are well-prepared before an initial session.

My integrative approach is to facilitate and better position the body to heal itself and to help bolster overall wellness and well-being. Clients will be armed with feedback and empowered with education and self-care recommendations until our next session.

Thank you for entrusting me with your massage & bodywork care. I look forward to working together!

In health,

Katie
